Athletes with little to no experience are encouraged to join our elementary or middle/high school developmental program. These programs run for 6-weeks at a time and provide all participants the opportunity to confidently segue into one of our other programs.
Our developmental programs focus on developing basic athleticism, while introducing the fundamentals of gymnastics and wrestling.
Developmental wrestlers will have the opportunity to compete at local tournaments across the Las Vegas Valley.
Our competitive program trains Monday-Thursday, year-round. Athletes from this program compete in both local and national wrestling tournaments. Our competitive team focuses primarily on Folkstyle wrestling, which best prepares our athletes for high school and collegiate wrestling.
This program is best suited for athletes with 2 or more years of wrestling experience. It's open to grades K-12 and is based on knowledge and experience in the Folkstyle discipline.
Private lessons are one of the quickest ways for athletes to make progress. We encourage every member of The Pride to schedule at least 1 private lesson per month. These lessons allow our coaches to focus their undivided attention on the individual wrestler. In the private lesson, our coaches reinforce the athletes understanding of what is being taught in the main session. Additionally, this extra session provides the opportunity to explicitly tailor an action plan specific to your wrestlers individual style.
All private lessons are 60 minutes.
Participants must book a minimum of 6 sessions.
Schedule a one on one for $100, a group of two for $50 per athlete, or a group of four for $25 per athlete.
Please email Coach Rios to schedule your next private lesson.
